MOISTURIZING YOUR SKIN DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS

The  warm summer months can dehydrate your skin ( sweating, use of air conditioners) so it's important to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.

Here are a few tips on how to hydrate and moisturize your skin during the summer months:

* Our Body Butter is a great way to hydrate and moisturize your skin, we recommend to apply to your skin after showering while your skin is still damp.

* Exfoliate your skin. We shed skin cells constantly and dead skin cells sit on top of your skin if you don't get rid of them. Dead skin cells will cause your skin to look dull and dry. You want to exfoliate your skin 1-3 times per week to make your skin look radiant.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water flushes waste products out of your system and helps hydrate your skin.
